We had a fabulous final celebration at the Sunblossom Mountain Apartments this past Saturday! Between the art show, face painting, drawing station, balloons, and amazing food, we had a great time.
Saw Khaing prepared an amazing spread of special food from the Burma/Thailand border: lotus, corn, and mushroom pakoras, papaya salad with peanuts and chiles, and chicken and bamboo shoots soup. Not to mention his delicious home made fish sauce!
It was so wonderful to see the work that the students had done over the semester displayed with each artist teacher's work.
In total, it was a wonderful day!
