Vachu's Lesson Plan

I GOT THE IDEA WHILE I WAS TEACHING AT THE ART LEAGUE HOUSTON A FEW YEARS AGO.  I ALSO USED THIS IDEA IN THE CLASS LATER.

 

ON MY NEWSPRINT PAPER, FIRST WITH COLORED PENCILS, I DREW IN THE BASIC ELEMENT LINE ONLY, THE STUDIO SPACE.  (LOOKING AROUND AT THE WINDOW, DOORS, OBJECTS, CEILING, EASELS, BOOKS AND FIGURES IN THE STUDIO SPACE).
THE SECOND LAYER, ON THE SAME PAPER IN A DIFFERENT COLOR, OR A CONTE  IN RED,  DRAW DIFFERENT OBJECTS FROM THE FIRST ONES, IN A LITTLE DETAILED FORMAT, ZOOMING ON ONE OBJECT.
I KEPT USING DIFFERENT MEDIUM, LIKE CONTE, CHARCOAL, PEN PENCIL FOR DIFFERENT LAYERS.  I KEPT USING SOMETHING OF A BROADER TOOL, LIKE BROAD MARKER,  OUTLINING AND GIVING FORM ,  ON THE NEXT LAYER. I KEPT ADDING EACH COLOR OF THE NEON MARKERS AND BUILDING DIFFERENT COLORED NEON LAYERS.  THE TOP LAYER COULD BE OF BLACK ONLY ON ANY PART OF THE PAPER, IN AS DETAIL AS POSSIBLE MANNER.
THE FINAL PRODUCT IS I ENDED UP WITH A PAPER HAVING DIFFERENT LAYERS EMERGING TO MEET UP WITH THE TOP LAYER.  THIS IDEA WILL ALSO BE  MORE IMPORTANT IN MY FUTURE WORKS. 
IT WILL BE INTERESTING AGAIN TO IMPLEMENT THIS IDEA IN A DIFFERENT CLASS ROOM ENVIRONMENT, FOR THE STUDENT BODY OF 7-12 YEARS OF AGE.
